Product or service reviewed: Furnace service

We were told by another company we had a CO leak. They shut down our furnace, & we were without heat for 13 days!!! Josh came within an hour of my phone call. There was NOTHING wrong with the furnace, & he had pictures to prove it! When I called the next day to make sure they had my contact info to get the bill & ask for a Service Contract, they told me the service call was FREE!!! Can't wait to work with a competent & kind company!!!

Product or service reviewed: Heat pump system in a 120+ year old house

After Hours put in the heat pump system 3+ years ago and the crew led by Scotty, was the best and most attentive we have ever had here or in Northern Virginia. We have stayed on the maintenance contract ever since and they have always come and done a great job. We recommend After Hours to anyone that asks about a reliable Heating and air company because of their reliability, cost, and friendly service.

I am so happy this company answered the phone, my AC went out during a heat wave. They showed up and fixed the problem, In no time my air was up and running. The cost was very reasonable and couldn't of had a nicer guy that did the work, very polite and honest. I will be getting on their routine schdual! Thank you After Hours Heating and Air... I would definitely recommend!
